I had such a great experience at Vibrant Life Med Spa. The staff was courteous and professional and the environment was so calm and relaxing. I had been there twice and both times I was greeted by the manager Tina. While I was waiting, Tina took the time to show me all the services and benefits of each service without making me feel like they were trying to upsell. Martina did my micro-needling both times and she did an AWESOME job. As nervous as I was about getting needles in my face, and as a male client feeling out of place, Martina walked me through and explained every step of the process as she was stabbing me in my face 😂. As painful as that sounds it wasn’t bad at all. She made me feel comfortable with her step by step explanations while ensuring the micro-needling was manageable.
